Does anyone have the bell tone sound in there ear? I have the bell tone in the left ear and the ringing in the rignt.The bell is worse than the ringing,it doesn't stop it is constant well both are constant.It is hard to cope with the bell tone.The bell tone was a at a low level now it has gone up a notch.Any advice?

Hi there, I had that tone for a while very low I found, even more annoying than the tea kettle I always have. For a reason it came and then for a reason it went away. I was awful for going to sleep, so I had a tune, is a track a friend gave me, almost 2 hours long with low tones mixed with high ones... pretty good, but like i said, now it is gone.
Don't know what to advice to you, but maybe it would dissapear... remember t doesn't have a path that we can track...

I get them on and off - when it happens, I am scared it will stay. But then it passes. Music therapy could help.

Thanks, Michangel The bell is worse than the ringing.I guess i just have to accept the fact, That i am at the mercy of my ears.Sometimes i pretend that the bell tone is coming from an applaince near me, i try to sike my self out.So i don't go into a panic attack.

I get scared that it will get louder.I try my best to get thur the spikes.
