But I love red wine. The temporary spike used to bother me but now I'm like.. "pour me another!". Wine is way to essential to me to forgo. Sorry Mr. T you're not taking that one, bud.
On the occasion I drink beer - I also drink Becks and Heineken as well; it seems not to matter as to whether it's ale, dark, light, amber so long as it's full (non light) beer.
Ledli, Hard liquor (in my case) is fairly nuetral. If anything tequila may bump my volume a touch but NOTHING like wine. Beer does work for me though, I cannot deny it.
I prefer Beck's but I'll drink a Heineken here or there too. In fact I went to a BBQ the other evening and someone brought Coor Light. Not a big fan, but I drank it anyway and it worked as well.
I'm thinking the docs and scientists really should have a look at the properties of beer and find out what's the haps on that.
BTW, I have been taking Ginkgo for the past month too but have not noticed much difference. Supposedly it takes 90 days or so, so I keep taking it. If anything it's been helping me find my car keeys in the morning (kidding).
Sparkles, just for clarity, by no means is beer any sort of cure or breakthrough, it just relieves the T slightly in the same way a hot shower or bath can also lower my volume just slightly. Now, a beer, in a hot tub, may be the trick. I, uh, might need to try that with russo sometime.. strictly for purposes of medical testing of course.
But yes, all joking aside. Beer is not a cure, only my outlet to get some temporary relief from the T. And again, only two or three. No need to go overboard. It's still there, but it's not as loud and disrupting.
