Sorry about the dizziness. That's awful. Is your T sound high-pitched? Is it the same sound every day? If it is not high-pitched and it is the same sound every day, it will be a lot easier to habituate to. In the beginning, all T is scary, though, because it just won't leave!

Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium are treatments to fight ear infections. Endolymph, important cochlear fluid is high in potassium.
If you are potassium deficient this could cause constant infections.
Magnesium regulates the metabolism of potassium as well as other minerals. Low levels of magnesium could also add to the problem.
Calcium and magnesium compete for absorption and so too much calcium in the diet will block magnesium absorption. Drink a lot of dairy products?
