Hi All
Just wondering if many people have experienced heart burn and reflux after having TT? If so what are you findng makes it better or worse? How lond does it last?

I have not had either of these. Although I have had quite a few other side effects since TT.

I have some acid reflux. It comes and goes but usually TUMS helps. But also drinking lots of water and staying away from fried/greasy stuff helps as well.

If it gets too bad or doesn't seem to subside for a couple weeks you should talk to your dr about it.
