I have been telling all of my friends who walk during winter months, never to walk on icy roads, not even roads that have been sanded because wet sand is very slippery!
After a 4 miles walk yesterday I slipped on ice and hit the ground very hard and lost all feeling in my right arm. Was rtaken to hospital by ambulance and the pain was magnified 10 fold with every potho;e they hit! Have most feeling back in my arm now but nerve damage causes constant stabbing sensation in my forearms and hands.
and I was doing great also so this came at a very bad time! Hopefully I can heal fast andbe back on my walking routine.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I hope you are feeling better, BTW!
I am just about all healed except for the usual aches and pains I get from the exercise. But thats good pain not bad. There is a big difference and you can learn to separate the two. Good pain is something that goes away in a couple of days and its the kind that makes you improve but bad pain is a lingering pain that doesn't go away, or else its a very intense or excruciating pain. Those are things that need immediate medical attention because your body is telling you there is something seriously wrong here!
Thankyou all for ur support, Kal, bubbles, Joy, Ann, Zec, and Kathy! Love you all. TC
