Funny, I just saw Barry Gibb on some talk show with his brother and he still looks great....can't remember where, of course, but he still looks good. What the heck is his brother's name?????? As soon as I hit send I will remember, maybe. :)

Robin Gibb is the brother who is still alive - Maurice Gibb died a few years ago. Ask me anything :)

Bee Gees - the boys from Down Under. We Australians claim them (as they got their big break here as youngsters) but they come form New Zealand and not too sure if not from England originally.

Maurice's death was very sad but the other two have kept their music alive. I have some of their early stuff but not much of their more recent albums.

I remember seeing them on the variety shows here when they were quite young and they showed some of the clips just after Maurice's death- they were so talented even back then. You just knew they would make it.

I have been racking my poor feeble brain to try and remember what talk show it was. Yet I DO remember making a point to watch when I heard they were going to be on.

I have their old tunes, especially from Saturday Night Fever, which put them on the map for us here in the US. But I really have not kept up with the new stuff. Maybe I should check it out, as LJ thinks they are the bomb. Geez, that sounded old. :)

Wasn't Maurice married to (or dated) Victoria Principle sp? who was a movie actress? I think her claim to fame was with the movie series "Dallas", back in the 80's.....when I was just a wee girl. lol!

That's OK BB - just throw on a pair of shorts and a T - we aren't all that worried around here.

Just watch out for that thare bear (not to be confused with our Bear) and the dogs in the pool I lees Linda has not managed to get them all out yet. Might go and crack the whip and see if that will work.
Love doing that, works wonders when you need to sort things out.

I know I am a slow poster, but don't remember anyone saying we needed a bathing suit. But we can get you one if you want to get in the pool. The clubhouse attire has yet to be determined....thinking it is casual with the non-conformist here. But if you are going to get on anything floating....better have a life jacket....there is a drowner here. And she knows who she is...right,Bobbi??

Enjoy the hootch, bbq, and chocolates...make yourself to home. And don't forget to check out the sunroof in clubhouse. Knowing this group, it may not be there for long.....I am thinking fireworks. :):)

Yes please watch out for Bobbi - I think she has taken on a new hobby as she pinched all the baby crocs so guess she is going to feed them up and then make them into shoes, handbags, belts etc and sell the meat to the restaurants as they consider it to be a delicacy. Pretty nice too actually.
She did have one in her pocket but it escaped and is running around somewhere so watch out for your toes they are nippy little things at the at age.

OK I am off to the pool - I need a nice swim after yesterday's indulgences. Will take my hootch with me.
