Morning Hens,
I'm sitting here directing my kids to get ready for school.....they have to be reminded of so many thing ya know:) and I watch for the bus.
My headache is almost gone and very little tightness in my chest....sure hope not to have a repeat of yesterday.
Birds sure are chirping happily this morning. Reminds me of spring. I will be so glad when it gets here. Feb. is almost done! It's our coldest month. I told my dh that I was Definitely going to buy a hammock this year....put an outdoor pillow in it and that's where he could find me all summer reading a good book. Need to start stockpiling my book list:)

But we are having a snow storm today about a foot of snow in some places.
Boy Florida is sounding better and better.
Today I am going to start with my packing as it is summer clothes that I am not wearing yet!
I didn't sleep so good last night but pain is at a nice low.

yessiree, i'm so ready for winter to go.
i don't know if i could lie in a hammock, but the idea sounds so enticing. in PR i would sit outside each morning and night and watch the children play and read free books from amazon on my phone.
poor sleep here, too. cold medicine seems to wear off in the middle of the night. i hope it's gone soon.
i have minimal plans like anything will be a bonus. just eat and take care of myself and rest. merry go round...
Ive got a swing seat, its the best thing i ever bought for the garden!
Ive been doing my volunteering, didn't sell much, but its good to get out and do something.
My feet ache now, so i'm resting them! Decided when i eventually get a job, it will be a sit down one! All the jobs ive had in the past ive been on my feet all day!

I had a melt down last night. Work and life just got the best of me and I just had to stop and cry for a good long time. So much self doubt and feeling trapped, you know. Right after, my 14 year old dog is doing real bad and in 10 minutes I'm off to the vet. Two nights ago she woke me up at 2 am and wanted to play. We even went outside and she danced in the icy moonlight, then came in and hugged and cuddled. It was such a weird occurance, then suddenly she took ill and can barely walk and is steadily getting worse. She has a liver disease and I'm afraid her liver is shutting down. Anyways, I'm off to deal with life. I'll let you know what transpires.

. I left my girl there for pain killers and an xray to see if there is a fracture or something else the vet could possibly see. Hopefully it's not a clot, which she can't see. But ultimately, it looks like painkillers and steroids and 4-6 months in a cage until she heals. Or she gets quickly worse and I make the final decision which I am able to do. I have had many animals, but sweet Julio has been my favorite companion in life. I wish I could turn off my feelings.
I know, she could get better too, but I asked the questions and the vet was honest. She will only recover the use of her legs 60% at the very best and it's only a matter of time.
Tonight I have visitors coming in from Holland and I have to put on my happy face. Tomorrow I have to go back into the high stress corporate mosh pit of senseless procedure and pomp. Oh, heavens, I will overcome this too.
Soooo sad. I love the picture in my mind of you two dancing in the moon light!
