dixie, i get those birds, maybe mockingbirds? they do get so loud like they're arguing. do you have pine trees? they seem to gather in the ones behind my apt.

We are a bit rainy. I awoke to quiet . No children. Terrible that the stepfather's grandfather passed but that will extend their beach trip Tuesday as they have to go on to Tampa.
We will get them Wednesday afternoon. I am off to the dentist in a few I think I have a cavity. Should have had bite wings when I had teeth cleaning a few weeks back but didn't because we had children with us.
Our boarders go home tomorrow. We will be keeping the schnauzer as he needs a home and we hope we find one for him soon.

Kim I first read you were going to have an art party. First cup of coffee for me.
Our birds are a little chirpy also.

Serenity I love summer fruit but most doesn't last for the two of us to finish unless we freeze it.
Right now I am working on a honeydew melon. I love that mixed with a bit of blueberries from the freezer.
Good to hear your arm is better. I love the salonpas. My sister introduced me to them ages ago for my back.
She has fibro.

Musk I loved hearing about your garden. My grandmother always had lettuce and green onions and we had wilted lettuce salad. I love radishes. We have picked our first tomatoes. You do get nice fruit. I hope the nasty migraine goes away and you have a good visit with your friend. Keep your husband. LOL

My dentist visit went well. A exray showed no cavity. I have a space between two end teeth due to loosing last jaw tooth. I am flossing day And night and have irritated my gum. He gave me a special mouthwash he uses for those who have had oral surgery. If no improvement the fix will be to replace a crown next to last crown to extend so there will be no space. Of course the visit caused me to revisit my 2011 event where my old dentist sent me to have a root canal on the wrong tooth which caused me to loose the tooth that should have had root canal and now is causing me to have the space.

Dixie, lol. I swear I thought you were going to tell us that we should all Tweet on Thursday as in "Twitter". I would have had to decline. I don't tweet nor do I text. Not texting has really been a problem as everyone automatically thinks you should and most of the time that's the only way they communicate. My family is the worst.....and also my work. But I do hope you enjoyed the Tweeting from real birds.

Hope everything goes well at the Doc. appt. Dixie, I'm so sorry that I may not have been that clear about my Dad. He did survive for a year after us being called in but unfortunately he did eventually die. I read my post back and I can see how it could be confusing.

Hippy, so sorry about the Stepfather's Grandfather passing away. Hope you can find a home for the schnauzer but I hope you are enjoying him with you until then. I cannot believe that your dentist sent you for a root canal on the wrong tooth!!!! Shame on him. I am not really the sueing type but this would have been a definate lawsuit for me. My dentist usually gets pretty frustrated with me because I have this anxiety about keeping my mouth open too long after having a broken jaw from a car wreck. I'm afraid it is going to get stuck open as it pops in and out all the time. :-( I hope they don't start charging me double.

Oh and btw, what is wilted lettuce salad?
