Ive been to the cardiologist to get results of a 24 hour monitor and a heart echo cardiogram i had done a while back. Ive been waiting for this appointment since august!!
I had another ECG and my blood pressure done, weight, height and waist measured!

Its all clear!! My heart is ok!!
I'm just nuts, ive driven myself nuts!

Also seen my counselor this morning and we talked about how your mind and your mindset can affect your health so much, you can literately make yourself have pains in your body with your mind.
So i'm off to the shops to buy a new mind , this one's not working properly!

Empathy that's wonderful news!!! So glad everything is ok with your heart!! Yes you can make yourself sick especially with worry... After all that's mostly what causes anxiety attacks. That and triggers that upset us... All in the mind to make us feel like we're having a darn heart attack!

I'm so glad you don't have to worry about your heart. It's further proof of the mind/body connection. There was a time in my life when I couldn't function outside the house because of an untreated panic disorder. I was sure I was going to die. My heart checked out fine, too.

The friend who spent two weeks living here...with four kids...stopped in to borrow some perm rods and stayed for over an hour. She had allowed the abusive man she had come here to get away from, back in her life. Again...she says she's done with him. I pointed out what she's modeling for her ten year old daughter! I really hope she sticks with it this time.

I'm working this afternoon so I better make sure my house looks just right.Happy clucking...

I cleaned at mom's with one arm and laughed that me with one arm clean better the mom with two!
She tries, but at 82 it is see no dirt clean NOT!

empathy, GREAT news! yes, i truly believe in the mind body connection. i do know toad in a hole. used to eat them before i became sensitive to eggs... if you happen to find a good deal on new minds, i could use a spare, too!

cherry, good luck with your day as always! sorry about your friend, but it's fairly common for that to take a number of tries.

i caught up on much needed sleep last night despite going to bed with a horrendous headache. i've been out to the grocery store, so i'm in for the day. pain is under control, but i'm back on heating pad. my list is so long, but as usual, i will tend to the easiest things. have a good pot of beans cooked, so back to cleaning dishes and the other little things that seem so big. i'm never caught up, but i'm still try to wrap my head around the idea of letting things go.

we hi everyone i see at least everyone was mobile today but not me no ..........................i slepted all day ..........why i could not sleep last night had a migrain bout a 6 out of 10 and at 400 i had enough so i took a sleeping pill so i could a least get a cupple of hours sleep well it didnt work so i thought i was up all the rest of the night till 8 this morning and i decided to lay dowen for an hour and i got up and it was getting dark out it was 530 i slept all day so i gess the pills just decide when they want to work so i need to give my pup a bath and do the dishes ..............................have a good evening everyone
