good morning dixie and all hens,

it sure is a lovely day here. i got a lot done yesterday - a lot more than usual. i could feel it as soon as i woke up, so i'll keep it lighter today.
i'm still shifting my clothes around since we've had such a roller coaster spring, but i think it's safe to put the long sleeves away. i'm going out wednesday with my parents and thursday with my sister, so i want to save energy for those days as if it works that way.

good luck finding the right bags. getting insurance to pay anything helps! hope you enjoy your journal work!

hi ....I am not doing much I woke up with a migraine at 2:30 in the morning and have been on my couch ever since I will have to go eat something soon ....just playing on my I pad ...reading ...can't move around much ...been answering my friends posts ....it is still cold here ...we won't be planting on the May long weakened....we are still getting below 0 at night .. but our ice on the lake is gone now the rivers are open so far no flooding ......some days still waring our winter coats...with the wind being so cold ....take care everyone ...god bless .......got to go look after my head ...at least I know I have one ..lol

I'm back from my trip to the seaside! It was a glorious weekend, thoroughly worn out tho! Dont know what you do do while your away, but because its a rare treat to be by the seaside for us, we tend to make the most of it and spend a lot of time walking the seafront etc. Wouldn't be so bad but our bed was not the most comfortable weve had in a hotel so didn't get as much sleep as we should have for all our walking about. Amusingly there was also a light that changed colour outside our window at night! Yep, ever seen in a movie where there's a red flashing light sign that says "motel" or whatever that blares into the room, and you think how on earth does a person sleep? We had one that changes colour... red, blue, pink and green lol

One thing i hate when you get back after a trip, the unpacking, (groan), and the washing, (more groaning)

musk, i dont know how you do it, when ive got a migraine, i cant stare at a screen or read or anything, have to give eyes a rest otherwise it makes my head worse. Hope you feel better later : )

i've taken a walk and had a visit with my neighbor and i think that's it.

Lovely day here. Sunny and a nice breeze. Not much planed for today. Recovering from trip into town yesterday for appointment. While waiting for me in waiting room my husband heard a woman remark she had been up since 4am because she had to be transported in a van to her appointment. She was there when I arrived. I thought I had it hard waiting an hour. She was still waiting when I was called into a room.

Dixie hope the search goes well and good news for help from insurance. So happy to hear from yesterday that your dental work is over.

Serenity you were wise to wait it out on putting cool weather clothes away. Mother Nature has been fickle.
I put mine away too soon but then did so due to the gathering for the rescue fund raiser's yard sale. Wishing you rest before your days out with family.

Musk good to hear from you. My it is cold there. Does it warm during the day? Wishing you some comfort today with that migraine. I sure know they are hard.

Empathy when you first mentioned the night lights before I read on I thought lights in the sky.
Yes indeed the lights outside your room a nuisance. Seaside walks are nice.
Love to walk on the beach and dip my feet in the water.
