Prayers for Cindi today.
Hoping to stay home today and do nothing. Dh will be home Thursday. ...chaos!
My yard looks like a jungle it needs to be mowed so bad! Now it's too wet and muddy and will be a couple of days more before it drys out enough to mow.
I do have a load of clothes to fold and need to sweep under the furniture but that is all I am going to do. I am going to play in my art the rest of the day:)

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. did you get many storms last night? we had quite the lightning show. sounds like you you could use a mild, fun day before the chaos. i haven't figured out what i'll do today. i was pretty worn out yesterday between the storm and being on the ground planting on the weekend.

Dix i read your monday thread this morning and enjoyed it. I like positive quotes too, i collect them on pinterest! Funny thing is they annoy the hell out of me when i'm in depression, lol, i guess thats part and parcel of depression, not seeing anything positive, but when i'm ok, i love quotes.

I love that your there to defend and protect your sons no matter what. My sons dad is always teasing him and so does his grandad, it annoys me. His dad says its "character building" I say its just stripping his self esteem bit by bit.

I went to the garden center and bought a couple of plants. 1 of them was called a Brunnera jack frost, it has these little blue flowers like "forget me knots" and the leaves are heart shaped, it likes moist soil so it should do well in my garden!
