Morning Hens,
Taking dh to the Dr. Today. What are you girls doing?
I also got to see my granddaughter yesterday. Was a long drive but it was worth it. My back was killing me when it was over. That just made me mad. O she is so spoiled. Not funny. They are going to be sorry there. She throws a fit and she immediately gets what she wants. O well. They will see. She told me she threw a fit over her shoe breaking and kept on until they went to the store and bought her a new pair. Can you imagine what she is going to be like in a year?!
Ya'll I am ready to pull my hair out. My dh is getting on my nerves!!! This TV constantly going is getting on my nerves too. And I am so sick of having company I could scream. Someone constantly coming in. I can be hurting so bad and someone is always coming in and I have to just grit my teeth . I was ready to cry the other day. I am ready for it to stop!! I'm awful I know but I can't help it.
I wish dh would start feeling better so he could get out for an hour or two so he wouldn't be so restless.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...
I'm just trying to get warm. The most recent cord of wood isn't as dry as the guy claimed. Having a terrible time trying to get it to burn. My hands are freezing all the time and I'm getting sick of hibernating! It's finally gotten slightly above zero in the past hour. Enough bitching from me!

I have not been around the last few days as I have had so much going on.
This weekend we had my grand girls over while mom and dad are in Mexico.
I must say that I love them with all my heart but it sure was nice when they went bad to the other grandma.
Its amazing how different it is with them over all weekend compared to just the two of us!
Yesterday was a resting day as my pain really flared up.
Better today but still much pain and burning in my foot with the RSD issue but better then yesterday.
I hope that you all have a wonderful day despite all the things that we all have to deal with!

empathy, glad you popped in and hoping that you're feeling better and don't have too much flooding in your area.
just found out last night that there's a bridal luncheon for my sister tomorrow i'm supposed to attend. no invitations or notice. plus a gift is expected. they're middle age and have two households - what do they need? we're also shut down with a whole inch of snow. so my thinking cap is on for an outfit a gift. trying not to be bent out of shape, but pain and anxiety are high. off my grumble and back into action.

Oh, I have a spoiled granddaughter as well. She is 6 going on 16. She is precious as can be but being the baby of the family she gets away with everything. I would put a stop to that in a little minute.
I hope your dh can get out of the house soon and have a good walk while the TV is off. :-)

Senen, It always bugged me when people live together and you know they have everything that they need. Then they get married and register for gifts.? Really?
Can't believe you didn't get a notice earlier for your sister's bridal luncheon for tomorrow. That's pretty rude. There is no way that I would bring a gift that day. Hope your pain and anxiety gets on low.
Got a good report today from the doc today. My surgery worked and healing ok.
