i got my errands done yesterday before a flare kicked in. i have to transfer my plants today and figure out how to create some shade for them b/c it's already going into the 80's. guess i'll catch a little sun on the balcony. wish i had a hammock!

Good morning...

I started my day at 3:15 and it was 32 degrees then. It continued to drop to a low of 28! I have two long containers of lettuces, a pot of basil and a huge hanging (or should be) flower basket on my dining table! At least we were warned. The sun is shining, but has only brought the temp to 35, so far. It's hard to adjust after being in the 80s.

I have a request...could we try to check in a few times during the day, if time allows? There are times, like yesterday, when someone might need support or feedback at various times throughout the day. I'll try to do my part without writing another novel about my own problems!

i like the idea of afternoon checks in b/c i get up and do a thing or two and sit back at my computer during my rest breaks and check in.

I'm here for most of the afternoon on and off, unfortunately its your morning and anything that happens in the latter part of your day i dont see until my morning, i hate this time difference, it makes me feel so cut of from you guys at times. Its a good idea to come back here and there and re visit a thread in case someone has added something. Sometimes ive asked a question to someone and they've not come back to see it.

Ive been putting back a shelf in my sons room that he wanted, and then i had a spring clean in there, he should and can do it himself, but when he mentioned he wanted to go minimalistic, i couldn't resist the urge to be an interfering mother! Plus i love a good clean and sort out, it feels like i achieved something.

I agree Cherry. I was so upset and confused I just didn't know what to do. I know I should've picked up the phone but I didn't. The loss of Sandy, my Mother's Day disaster, both had me a basket case. I still am. My bf has an emergency and needs me to drive her to the painDr. 1st visit, then th er across town her spinal cord is leaking from a recent procedure.

I haven't slept in days, I can't keep my eyes open. The guy my insurance company sent over to take pictures of my stairs where my client slipped was here this morning. I found out that this woman also worked in the insurance business before retiring just like her Sister!

She also lied and told him I didn't have a railing! She must be more stupid than I thought if she didn't know they'd come and look. The guy couldn't find any problems with my stairway. And she's retired so there is no loss of wages. She told me it was her fault the minute she fell and again the next time I saw her. She called me as soon as she got home from the ER and said she was fine...just some bruised muscles!

She thinks she deserves up to 10K for pain and suffering????? I'm going to wait a few days to see if she cancels her appt. with me. If not...I'll do it! If she has another clumsy moment, it won't be in my house!

Just a quick drop in for report on my visit and the MRI procedure. The reason quick is because my neck is
In much pain from the short MRI. I won't know until my July visit if there are any changes from last year. Looking for possible invasion into the spinal cord.

My Neuro visit was good. First time I have seen this guy. He is very though . He looked at my brain scan from last year and cleared it. He sees I have moderate tremor in my hands and did a lot of neurological exams and ended up saying I did not have Parkinson's . He is putting me on a Beta Blocker for my migraines and the tremor and is hopeful it will work. I see him in a month .
