Ive been to see my counsellor , i feel a bit better, ive been isolating myself.
Now and again i go through phases where i withdraw from DS and feel so cut off and detach myself from pple, i have no friends and this is my only contact with others, i feel so lonely at the best of times, but when ii go through this phase, its even worse.

I'm in business attire today for an ISO certifiation meeting. Have to do some talking. Yesterday was National Mens day and Germany gave the men swiss knives. We have yet to see what happens on National Womens day. There was a blurb up about how great it was being a man about how they don't talk about nothing, know about cars, three pair of shoes, etc. I took it down. Let someone talk to me about taking it down and I will tell them how inappropriate I think it is. Put up something that doesn't belittle their female counterparts and they can leave it up. I would do the same if the roles were revered.

Empathy, honey....I am an expert isolator so I know just what you're feeling. My family is so quick to run errands and bring food that I barely leave my house. Hate to be seen limping in public. Then you have to explain....

Even though I got up several times during the night, my last stretch of sleep must have been too long because this has been the morning from hell. My first client forgot her appt. so all I've done is a color/cut/style. It's just as well, but it would have been nice to know I was going to have an extra 45 minutes!

My pain is always worse on the day I change my patch and since I change it every other day, well...I get one day of slight relief and then back to a day like this for the next. My pain level is so high that I seriously considered locking my doors and hiding.

I promised to do Mom's hair this afternoon (long ordeal) and give my Dad a haircut. I will do my best to keep Mom from knowing just how bad it is today.

Take of the pain cherry, I know the keeping pain from the MOm. Mine goes all gushy on me and blames her self, hate it.

Empathy, no worries, I think we all go through those times. I personally have to kick my self if I let is go on too long as it is easier to deal with just me. Though I hardly have me time anymore.
Enig, Bet your looking good, I miss dressing for work. Guess i should get rid of my old clothes outdated I'm sure!

My day is one arm cleaning and getting ready for T day.
Dr this evening, hubby swears it is a tear in tear rotate cuff. I pray for no surgery needed.
Wishing all a good day and as it sit in pain I can't very well say " have a pain free day"!!

i havent read eneything here but i have had a good day i have a migrain suprise thats why i cant be reading to much i just wanted to celabrate my good day with you all ................i spent the day with my husband just around the house .................he is gone to bed now i have to stay up and look after the head but i still had a good day ......................god bless
