Morning girls,
Well the Topomax worked well until about 3:00 yesterday and then I guess it wore off and pain hit with a vengeance . But at least there is hope. I have been unbearably tired though too.
Taking Dixie in to get groomed today, and go by the library....I pick up used magazines for .25 to cut pics out of to do collage art work with...one of my favorite things to do, especially at night while dh watches TV.
Dh is leaving to go to FL and will be back Friday. I will get a couple of days of piece and quiet! No TV, no radio, no stomping through the house, no yelling at the kids, yes! Yes! Yes!:) lol I love him but I had gotten use to things being quiet all the time around here and when he is home it is def. not quiet!!!
Well my darling hens...wishing you all a pain FREE day.....yes I can wish it!!! Praying for you all today to have a good day....low pain happy day.

Feeling better today. My sister came over yesterday to my rescue and took me out to lunch. Then I went to meditation last night. The topic was loving gratefulness. I'm going out to see a friend in the city today..
How many mg of topamax are you taking Dix?. Good to hear you have some peace and quiet.
My ex hubby dropped off his sewing machine so I'm going to do some mending and my sister liked this stuffy at the store so I'm going to recreate it for christmas for her.

enigma, i'm so glad your sister was there for you. that meditation sounds great, esp in a group. please post your stuffy. i don't know what it is.
today is our residents luncheon, so i'll go to that soon. my new heater is due today or tomorrow, so i had to clean my craft corner and it's a mess, but i finally made some shopping headway yesterday and got a bit inspired for Christmas. my dr is playing mix and match with my meds and it's throwing me and my body for a loop.

Angela your new meditation class sounds like something I would like. I am seeing gratitude lists everywhere on Facebook. It is a good place to start. My baby sis and my niece went through a biofeedback class and she said it was awesome. It was pricey though and insurance didn't pay. The stuffy sounds fun to work on. Would love to see finished product.
Serenity I have been thinking about you. Hope you have a recheck with doc soon with the new meds he has you on. I know you will enjoy the new heater.
It is raining and gloomy here. Last night the moon was shining bright and there was a orange circle around it at midnight. I have appointments in town. Yesterday was PT for my wrist and I have that again tomorrow.

I'm confused Dix, why would you be given a drug for epilepsy? Also says its for migraines.
Enig, the meditation sounds good, would like to have a go at that, never seen any groups where i live that do that.
i'm sitting here waiting for the work men out side to turn the gas back on to put the central heating on!They turned it off today as they are renewing all the pipes on the whole housing estate. Thank god for my little fan heater : )
