89FToday it is again another hot day but cooler then yesterday. Since this is August it is to be expected in my neck of the woods. All the grass is yellow and flowers are starting to go to seed. I'm feeling better as the worst day has passed, although I didn't sleep well as a lot of anger bubbled up and had to be let go. I am thankful that the universe released me from that toxic miserable environment that I was hating so much. Going in an hour to see a lawyer downtown and am taking my son and his friend to make a day out of it while I am there.
Thanks for the personal hugs. That has meant a lot. I also got a call from work and so many people are upset and want to take me out for lunch next monday. Nice to know I was loved.

I'm knackered, just finished work and i volunteered to do overtime on Sunday from 8 till 4! Thats going to be a long day! Still, the more i do the quicker i will learn.

I'm glad to have my hand surgery behind me, but I'm having such a time with neck, shoulder, back and arm pain. I didn't get much sleep last night. My stupid wrist and hand kept waking me up.
My Father is 90 today and everyone is taking him out to dinner. I don't think I'm going to be able to go, but the big party is Saturday so I'll have another chance.

i'm hanging on today after a sinus headache that went to migraine yesterday. not getting much done, but watered plants, fed squirrels, and hope to take a walk in a bit...some days that's enough. guess there's never a day without pain, but there can still be some good moments, i'm hoping!
