Kylie is spending days here. I am feeling better and hope to take her shopping. In hopes for sunshine today.

I'm a big fan of Swiffer...the little mop and the vacuum duster. I can't use the heavier real ones any more.
Would it do any good to suggest you don't over do today? :-) :-) :-)

I bought the one that sprays for hardwood floors.
JC I put off buying the Swiffer forever because I didn't want to buy those expensive refills. But I have a crochet pattern for a cover for the Swiffer, so no buying refills for me... Mine is washable:)

dixie, i was just telling someone about your crocheted pads. i really need to buy one when i find a swiffer. i looked on walmart's site to order one, but they're out of stock. no one near me carries them. i just have two small spaces - bath and kitchen to clean.
i'm glad you have some peace and quiet again.
i took a morning walk to clear my sinuses and i'm re-thinking earlier plans. i could get by with waiting til tomorrow. and work around here some more since i woke at 4:30, i'm sure i'll need a nap.

Hi everyone, so fed up, been one of those days, been upstairs all day in my bedroom apart from a 45 min walk. Some days i just cant be in my dads presence, today was one of those days.

Good morning.
Babysitting again! Learned daughter will be at her gym 4 days a week and the day care is not her first choice, I am. Oh well baby sleeping and 3 year old making a mess got to love them.
I have never had luck with the swiffer. It breaks on me. I was looking at those hardwood cleaners, but will wait till we move as we'll have more hardwood in the new place.
Still cold, I just can't seem to get warm.
Relax dixe. The quite sounds like heaven!

I'm more than a little late getting here. I've kept myself busy all day...well, I tried to rest for a half hour, but was too antsy.

I mopped the kitchen floor and made cookies before I got the last minute call from my Thursday client who is constantly rescheduling. I've been way too nice about it and I feel like she's really taking advantage, now. The floor needed cleaning, anyway.

After a while, I decided to make muffins and have coffee ready when my Parents stopped in with my mail. The muffins were just coming out of the oven when they arrived. We had a good time and I got great pic of my Dad, relaxing on the couch with Ricky sitting on him!

I don't know what came over me besides the sub zero temps that kept me in, but in the afternoon I made a crockpot full of Chili! I'll give some to Blair and Amy so she won't have to cook tonight. I know...I said she because Blair isn't much of a cook and she seems to enjoy it. At the end of a long workday she never refuses one of my offers, though.

I'm in pajamas, surrounded by my zoo. All is good.

Feels good to get some things accomplished doesn't it Cherry.
I did too. Worked carefully, slowly, and with lots of breaks and managed to get my floors all swept, moored and polished!! They look so good:) I dusted too and got one load of laundry done. I really feel good... The whole house is pretty darn cleaned an organizes and that always makes
Me feel so good and happy!

It's been a decent day for me. I saw my psychiatrist switched med to cymbalta for a try. I hope it helps. It's been pretty dark lately. I treated myself to a nice mexican lunch and a strawberry margarita. Trip to Walgeen's to drop off scripts. The sun was shining all day.
