I managed to keep the kids busy. Each painting. One a table the other on my Hen House :) I'll have to go tomorrow and get more paint and some red barn paint. Right now they are just painting the primer.
Made super....which I didn't want to do. :( Never want to do anymore. I need to hire serenity to come cook for me, she likes to cook :)
Washed and folded some clothes, played with the cats, scolded the dog, fed the chickens.....so I did good:)

75FIt is really cooler today and this will trick us into believing it will become cooler. Our hot summer will keep on aftert this week. We will not be fooled. Sandra, one of our regrets is not being able to visit Great Britain and travel for two weeks when younger. As we age we just become slower and that really takes away from travel. Hiya,It's cloudy with the occasional show of sunshine. It was sooo hot last night, felt like the worst night this year, which is odd because it's been incredibly hot this summer for us. Maybe I just felt it last night.Still, it's all going to change now and the weather will shift. I did a perm/cut/set starting at 8:00. By the time I was half way through, I was ready to cut my leg off. Decided that probably wouldn't be a good idea since my salon blood spill kit isn't adequate for a major artery. I also had an sweet old lady who was planning on leaving with a finished do.
Said goodbye to a wonderful friend, then had to rally for a color/cut/style late in the afternoon.
Needless to say...I didn't mop my floors. Maybe tomorrow.

Cherry, I've always been so impressed with any of the stylist's I've ever been to. Y'all know so much more than we do when it comes to color/cut or style. And yet y'all always seem to "play nice" even when you get a customer who is very demanding. Of course I'm not talking about me.
And of course I am very happy that you still have your leg in tack. :-) My last cut, the stylist not only cut my ear, but her finger as well. I actually had to put a band-aid on the cut for her. I'm over it.........it was a really great cut. I might even go back. lol.
