Good morning...
If I don't hear from some of you pretty soon, I'm sending in the rooster! I've been easing into the day for over 3 hours.
My Grandaughter is coming today! We were texting yesterday and I mentioned that this would make a week of not smoking and we should celebrate with ice cream. She took it one step further and told me she'd be here at 11:00. we could make lunch and then walk to the ice cream stand! I'm not sure about the walking part, but we'll get there one way or another.
It's been so lonesome around here. This wil be nice.

70F rain expectedThe rain is ok but not while I'm on my way to cardiology appointment. This is the quarterly EKG and lab work and just general check up on how the meds are working and I'm feeling. The meds have kept me out of A-fib and for that reason I want nothing changed, my cardiologist listens to what I have to say and for that I'm thankful. Pt went well yesterday and I'll do my excercises...
I'm up....barely. Oldst worked til 2:30 last night and of course I couldn't sleep til he got home. Then my youngest has a friend over so I had to get them up at 7:00 so the could make it to the early church service.....which his parents go to. I'm really tired this morning.plus Cali woke me up early this morning wanting to snuggle across my neck.
Needless to say...hoping for a nap today.

i've been awake too long already, so i'm getting my nap now, then making some pasta sauce to share with my mother. trying to groom penny is a real chore, but i'll do some of that later, too. will find something fun to bring some sun into my day!
