Morning Hens,

Its a cold 29 degrees here this morning! Hope you are warmer wherever you are!

I actually did something fun last night.... My brother invited me over to play cards I absolutely love playing cards, especially Rook! My brother is the type of person that keeps you laughing constantly:) so I had a really good time:)

Nothing happening here today. I'm not even going to church. I have a messy kitchen to clean up since I left it to go to my brothers last night. That's all the cleaning I'm going to do. It's football day!!! From noon till late tonight and I plan on watching every game I can!

Ive done laundry, caught up on programs i'd recorded and made some flapjacks : ) May watch a film later this evening.

Hmmm...we call them pancakes and what the heck is a huckleberry?

I've already done my Mother's hair and now I'm taking a little rest period before going to the Nursing Home to give my Aunt a haircut.

The past few days have been awful in every way. My pain level has been ridiculous and my stomach was a mess. Today, even though I got my usual tiny bit of sleep, I'm not in quite as bad a shape. The worse I feel, the more desperate and depressed I become. Yesterday I was feeling like my doc is watching me die before her eyes and doing nothing about it. I see her in a week and we need to talk about this.

I hope everyone has a restful Sunday...cluck cluck

good to here you had a good time with your brother dixe ......................i went out to sons and baysit his two daughters and we realy had fun watched movies and the oldest she is 13 she is so good at cards i only beat her once and we laughed all night we even stayed up after there parents came home i slept over ................we watched the avengers whata good novie ...............cherry i agree with dixie lett your doctor know exactualy how you feel some times thats what it takes to get the help you need ................i hope that you will feel better ...........................i wasent doing well last weak but am doing better this weak so hopefuly it will stay this way have a great day everyone ................................god bless

Kim, I had no idea you were such a football fan. So good to hear you had a nice day with your brother. I have three of them and they are all sooo different.

Cherry, I swear, I don't know how you do it my dear. Ever since the ribs broken thing with me I can bearly get around but yet you continue to cut families hair all the while dealing with the pain. God bless. It took all I could do to just drive around the corner to get more Advile. I should have walked.....it hurt to turn the wheel. :-)

And yes!! You must say something to your Doc about that.

    It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a  pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...
