It makes me feel a little better, but i certainly feel i'm taken advantaged of a lot!
What i did about it or rather what i'm trying to do about it is when i get asked "could you" or "would you" etc, is not to respond straight away! Because normally i'd say "Yes sure" now i say "can i get back to you on that" It gives you a distance to think about it and it shows the other person your not going to just drop everything for them! Which is what i normally do!
i now ask "what is it?" then decide rather than "of course."
