What is you favorite news sourc?
Newspaper, TV, radio, internet?
Mine is the TV. My crazy husband will get up and watch TV and then get on the internet. I can only handle one source and then I don't watch it every day. News is depressing!

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. I find its not a good thing for me mentally or emotionally, i mean i don't want to hear about wars in other countries, threats of war and violence, knife killings and gun crime and toddlers and children being abused and killed.
Sometimes i think the media wants us to live in fear, the news should have good news too.
Of course its impossible to stick my head in the sand the whole time, but i give it a good go! lol
Last time I watched news on TV I thought it was so silly that one second the newscaster was reporting something horrible and the next second when the topic changed, the newscaster had a smile on her face, like the last topic was of no consequence. Bizzare.
I do often go and see other programs just to see the other side of the comments. I keep telling Hubby that he needs to see both sides. But I think that is not going to happen. :-)
Enigma, I sooo agree! I hate it when the newscaster's do that. Reporting after something horrible happened and then switching over to a smile. But I think that mostly happens on Network TV news.....which I rarely watch....except for the local weather. :-)
I watch O'Riely. Read a few of his books.
And then I like our oval station.
