I honestly don't know what I would do without my oldest son....he is such a blessing to me!

Good morning/afternoon,

I know I set my alarm last night...I remember doing it! I must have turned it off in my sleep because I didn't wake up until 5:45 and could barely move. I can't be letting that happen. My dogs were amazing. Even Ricky didn't tease to be fed until I was able to do it.

I made it to my appt. with my shrink, but was a few minutes late. I think the time change is still affecting me, too.

Kim...don't you just hate an unexpected mess in your kitchen? So glad you have a Son to come to the rescue.

My Brother is coming down with everything I need to update my Will. The poor guy comes for a visit and then ends up doing al kinds of things for me. He's also getting a first hand look at the changes in our Parents. My Sister and I really have our hands full as they age.

I had a myofascial release session this morning, so today is a self care and rest day.
