Morning hens,
We are suppose to get some snow flurries today. Only suppose to get up in the low 20's today. I hate that I have to get out but I have to go get calf feed again. Boy we have lost so much money in these calves! The little one has been so sick. We have had to keep it on milk a lot longer than we should have and have had to give it lots of shots and electrolights. That little bugger has cost us a fortune! We should never have agreed to let son get these calves. We have just had to stay on him every day about feeding them too.
Going to do some house cleaning today too, what are you girls up to?

we're right on the cusp of another front, so we could get snow or just rain. either way i don't think i'll make the trip across town to get my hair cut and do some shopping. i do need to get downtown for household supplies, so i'll just do that. there's still plenty to get in order here and more workmen coming at some point this week. who knows when...

I hated having to go out, sweep snow off my car and wait for it to warm up, but I had my appointment with my shrink this morning. It's probably good to have something to force me out of the house on occasion. But damn.....brrrrr!

Serenity sounds like you are getting closer to having your apartment back in order. This must be weekend for your sister's wedding. That should be fun. Hope your weather stays calm.
Kim cold there it sounds. Yes you have been bottle feeding the one baby for quite awhile. I bet they are gentle and more like pets than livestock. Then I think of your hens and they are like your pets too. You just have a big heart for the animals.
Empathy I know you must be tired of the rain. I am sure it is tiresome and I wonder how you dry your clothes.
