Another week is upon us. At least my kids ...hopefully...have a full week of school.
I need an old pair of blue jeans to tear up for the material to make a junk journal out of and don't have a pair. I may go to the Salvation Army and see if I can fin a pair cheap enough for my little project. Ah! Son just said he had a pair that was too small!:) yeah! BTW do any of you joirnal? I just found a neat journal prompt Facebook page group.
Anyway, making a junk journal and maybe a chunky charm today. What's on your agenda?

I've tried do many times to start a journal. I always forget about it after a few days. I just started trying again.

PT is the only thing scheduled for my day. It's a good thing. I must be in a nasty flare because my pain level is through the roof. My pain med is useless.

Cherry I sure hope PT helps you more then last week…I also know the flares like all of us do and when the meds just don't seem to touch it.
I myself actually slept last night but woke up to so much pain and stiffness!
I am going to do a few things around the house but mostly rest because I go to my daughters tomorrow to watch Riley while Macey is at school.
