...that you are what you eat, then do you think my pasty white (picture Elmer's Glue) skin is from the long, sunless Vermont Winter or the amount of yogurt I consume?

Ha...I meant that if we really are what we eat, do we start looking like that particular kind of food?

Well I'm pretty much screwed because I live on slimfast milk chocolate shakes, nutrigrain cereal bars and various fresh veggies.......

i have good ole irish skin, so i have to be careful with vitamin D, but i eat a lot of greens and i haven't turned yet!
