My brother went skydiving and kept it a secret because it would freak out my mother. He had a friend film it. Two weeks later he was killed by a drunk driver. I wrote this because this was so thought provoking to me.

You can do something so dangerous, but if that is not your time to go, it's not your time. Granted, stupid is stupid (ie, using the wrong kind of knots for your parachute), but with the proper precautions, danger is an illusion.

Kinda off topic, but I'm feeling deep tonight. Must be the drugs.

Angela I am sorry to hear about your brother. I lost one brother to a drunk driver. You are right about dangerous and exciting. I am glad your brother did the skydiving. he was brave.
