You hens are just cracking me up with all your clucking and flapping of feathers!!
I don't know if I will be around much the next two days. My SIL is having a hysterectomy tomorrow, so you Hens just keep cackling, clucking, scratching, flapping and nesting!!!
Cherry and Hippy are going to keep an eye out for naughty chicks and make sure no Roosters sneak into The Hen House! :)lol
Seriously....prayers that all will go well for my SIL would be appreciated.

Hippy is our third judge. So there are three now.
I hope all my chicks are roosting comfy and getting some good sleep.
And I hope you have a good day tomorrow. I will take my ipod but not sure I will be able to get on at the hospital.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...
God bless for your SIL. Sending prayer's and good thoughts to you and she. I would not want to go through what she is going to have to go through. Be there for her and let Cherry and Hippy keep the Rooster's away and watch out for those naughty chicks.

It was suppose to be an hour and a half operation, too two hours and 45 min. They found a mass on her ovaries so they had to remove one ovary. But all went well, she lots a little more blood than they wanted but isn't going to have to have a transfusion so that's good. They will keep her two nights at least.
