Hello to all my happy hens...
Ok...so you might not all be happy, but at least we can always count on this group to be kind and supportive. That, in itself, makes me happy!
I seem to be on an every other night of sleep and no sleep. Last night I slept which also means I hurt like hell. I have a dental appt. about a 40 minute drive from here. I had a client booked before and just enough time to jump in my car after. She just called to reschedule! Yay! Pressure is off!

70F rain expectedThe rain is ok but not while I'm on my way to cardiology appointment. This is the quarterly EKG and lab work and just general check up on how the meds are working and I'm feeling. The meds have kept me out of A-fib and for that reason I want nothing changed, my cardiologist listens to what I have to say and for that I'm thankful. Pt went well yesterday and I'll do my excercises...
i'm on a similar sleep schedule. blech.
i have round 2 of errands to do today.
i've put off all dr appts until next year b/c i just hate them. being talked down to by 20 somethings who want to mess with my meds is just more than i can handle right now. i know i shouldn't, but i can scrape by.

I spent a couple of hours there this morning so i could be showed what to do. I did some sorting and labeling and steaming and shown what rails to put them on in the shop.
Pple seem nice, a nice relaxed atmosphere.
This afternoon i'm just chilling and taking it all in.

Restless sleep last night, can't seem to get comfortable.
Babysit (both) today and then hopefully me time. I don't do too many Christmas cards, but have a few to get out.
I guess i have to cyber shop for mom as we won't get there before the day.
So as long as daughter keeps to her time scheduled i will be free to do these things after 11 am!

Empathy that seems like the bewitching hour, I wake at that time when i sleep. Usually go right back luckily.
