does eneyone know why my goals are on my junerls i didnt want eneyone to see that i wanted it for my self and i dont know how to get it out of there

I dont think you have made any "goals" as it comes up on the right of the page as to what goals a person has made.
If you click on "my profile", on the right it has a box where it says "my goals", you can click "add one now" or "start a goal" (i dont believe you can make goals private as the idea is that pple can see them and give support.)
I think you have made a "journal entry" instead, you can make that private, after youve written what you want to write, scroll down and you will see where it says "who can see this entry" You can select private.
You can still make it private now, just click where it says "edit"

i've had that happen, too. DS puts a goal into a journal which i don't like either...every update will send an email alert to your friends. as empathy said, you have to go down and mark it private. i wanted to use this as a tracker, but it was too obnoxious for me.
