i need a couple of things from the store if i can get going. i can't get my sleep regulated, so i just feel tired constantly.

Ive done my weekly food shop this morning.
The rest of the day ive been decorating a wooden lap tray. Rubbed it down, painted it, and just glue gunning a few shells in the corners and then i'm going to write in the middle "My body is here, but my heart is at the beach" I
I'll add a pic when i'm done.

We've had a tummy bug over here that went around, try not to worry, if you think about it, the young and elderly are always more at risk where tummy bugs and such are concerned.

Our weather is in sync with yours. I have NOAA weather bookmarked on my laptop with my zip code. It is more accurate than the weather on the news. We weren't expecting the freeze our forecast was above freezing. Our rain chances dropped from 50% to 30% and in the end we didn't get any. Yesterday was really cold with a high north winds.

Dixie I had the stomach virus on New Year's eve. It was rotten as Norovirus. Barely had a week or two break before getting what I have now. Yes staying hydrated is the best to do. Once I was able to get down a full 8 ounces of gatorade my raging headache went away. Mine started with vomiting and then moved to the other.

Empathy I would love to see a picture of your lap tray when you are done. The "my body is here but my heart is at the beach" sure fits my mood right now.

Serenity good to just go with the flow on the resting. Migraines and added stress and worry on top of the normal pain sure can do that to you. Sending up prayers for your dad's recovery from surgery.

I am enjoying our grandson today. He mostly hangs out with his grandfather but I get a few hugs once in awhile. He is so full of energy and joy.

good morning i was up till 4 this morning with a migrain piza and a trip to the citie not a good combination ........................i am going to have to stop having piza from now on .......................not worth it ....................we dont have it often ....................i see i still have the migrain i cant move around to much i was just up putting the puppy out ......................so i gess not doing to much to day ..................my husband got to go to out grand daughters school for litericy day they had subs anf read books ......................i couldent go ..................i will say like you ...............dixe .......................omg not enough chicken wings ......................it is 20 below getting nicer out here ..............hadent heard of the virus hope it doesent come here ..................we had a virus here with diahrea and throughing up it was realy bad some people died from it i think they said 20 people .............my grand son had to be taken in by ambulance he was having a hare time breathing ................he is fine now and the virus has pased here now .....................serenity.................... i hope you get your sleep and get rested so you feel better .....................empathy that tray sounds like it will realy nice when you get finished with it ...............good you have a hobie................hippytoo ...............that is so nice you getting to hang out with your grandchild ..............................i hope you all have arealy good day today have some fun ..................................god bless
