my friend's mother is moving across country tomorrow. today i'm helping her take one last cat to the no-kill shelter. hope it goes smoothly. they're very picky. i hope to get a nap in first since last night wasn't the restful.

Ive been to the shop and been quite busy, now i'm home i am feeling like i need to escape.
My dad is feeling really low and he seems a bit traumatized by his experience this week, i think he just needs to settle in now he's back at home and give himself some time.

I just got home from having a lumbar MRI. My pain level...I can't describe it. I've got to lie down.
