Morning hens,

Has everyone decided DS is too slow to bother? Where is everyone?:)

My dh will be home this afternoon. No plans except a little cleaning and trying to match up all the socks. I keep a drawer of missing socks and then when it gets full I take them all out and see if any match up. I swear every single time I wash I have missing socks!!! Drives me nuts!

Have a pork roast on for supper. Throw in some cabbage about an hour before we are ready to eat....yum. And make a pan of cornbread:) easy peezy.

yes, dixie, i get so tired of trying to send hugs as much as i like to.

your dinner sounds great. i know what you mean about the eternally lost sock. i do the same thing with the socks hoping they'll be reunited. otherwise, they're in the cleaning pile.

i have to wrangle cats this afternoon in the high heat. wish we were doing it in the AM, but she's not a morning person.

your dinner plans sound great. i think i'll put the pork chops i thawed and some potatoes and onions in the crockpot so dinner will be ready when i get home. i can use some of my homegrown sage in there.

i will be doing some washing to today and i always have this one lonely sock at the end of the wash ...........had a good day finaly as far as the migrains go and today it is all greay out and started a nother migrain so moving sloley today .............but at least i finaly got to be on the computer i havent been able to be on much and read eneything it hurt to much .............hopefully i will be able to keep comming and reading missing hearing from you all..................dixe ..............supper realy does sound good ..................sorry i havent been around the head has keept me away ..............it is slow but so is my computer .......have a relaxing day ...............................serenity....................your supper sounds good to we wont deside till later h is out working on the new truck he just bought and i have only just been able to get off the couch ........................take catr everyone .........god bless

Dix, DS is running VERY slow. But not the reason I've not been around. I still hang in there......my friend's mean to much to me to sign off as many have. And I would surely miss the Hen House.

Cherry, so sorry you are sick of your life. That is not a good place to be.....but I surely know what you mean. I hope that you feel better sooner than later.

    It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a  pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...
