Ive done the weekly shop and cleaned the roof to the conservatory! It involved standing on the top of a ladder and dipping a broom (which we adapted with a long handle) into a bucket of soapy water and then sweeping back and forth with it over the glass, after i got the hose out and washed it all off, it looks a lot better : )
i am having a rest now : )

I got woken up to my son's anger last night. He went out and punched out his friend. The guy was provoking a lot of disorder in the group, and last night this fellow posted a picture of him hugging my son's girlfriend. I guess that put him over. I never could stand this kid so I'm not sad to see that friendship go away, but, I'm waiting for a frantic visit from the mother. And I have to have a long talk with my son about other options in handling disputes. Ugh, one thing after another.

He has an interview to get into a lube shop which would be excellent because a mechanic is his career choice and the school gives credits and scholarships for work choice related jobs. He hardly slept last night so I hope it goes over well. Before I left I cautioned him to not let personal drama's get in the way of career choices.

My older son decided he wanted to move out with his girlfriend this month. That is breaking my heart because I love their energy. But they want to move forward in life so I have to accept that.

My stepson had 2 months of falling 'off the wagon' and got messed up with some wrong people and hit the booze and drugs again. Earlier this week he checked himself into a recovery house and is drying out. So glad that nightmare has ended without any tragedy's

For myself, this is my last day at work before a 2 week vacation. I don't have any real plans other than paint my little heart out and walk my dogs all over the place. Today is busy at work finishing off details.

enigma, wow, the joys of parenthood. i hope all works out. so glad you have a vaca coming. boy, do you deserve it! i hope your son gets the help he needs.

a funky sleep schedule, esp with nightmares when i do sleep, makes for a rough day. i took a walk before the rains came, fed the squirrels. i just never gathered enough energy to really get going. i have some good veggies from the market i can roast, but i have a feeling i'll do something easier and try that tomorrow. i still have some stew left.

just enjoying reading online and watching the critters visit.

I made myself do two color clients today... I can't lose everyone just because of this pain. They both understand my situation and knew that I couldn't do anything extra. I did give one a trim and she left with wet hair. The other dried and did the first part of curling and I finished.

I can't begin to describe how impossible this is and I don't know what to do next. Sorry all I do is whine. Something has to change.
