Not really, but I thought I would share my run in with a lady at the school. I was coming out after dropping son's glasses off and this woman stopped in the middle of the walkway to show me her school shirt that she had just bought. For the next 10 min. (which seemed forever) this woman told me all about her new shirt, new shoes, the jersey at home that was way too big, her husband bringing her up to the school yadda yadda yadda!!!
On one hand I'm thinking this woman is crazy to be talking up a storm like she was her best friend in the world and on the other hand wishing I was like her! LOL
I'm shy around people and usually can't think of a thing to say. My husband can drum up stuff to talk about all day long. I sure wish I could:(

Honestly I never said a word to this woman and she talked for at least 10 min. It's really funny I think:)

You might not be a talker but i bet you've got one of those faces that invite pple in, do you get odd pple talking to you while your at the shops for example? I do.
Keep in mind when your feeling depressed you dont really want anyone to talk to you, it seems much more of an effort to be communicative doesn't it?
A person like you describe I would likely hide from after one encounter as they would be delighted that someone was listening to them, but, I like to choose more meaningful conversations. So I would come across as quiet.
on the other hand, i love conversations with good friends and can talk up a storm.
My husband is a huge talker ( BSer ?).
I think the conversation is done and we can go on and he brings up another subject. Walks them to to door and to the car if they stop by here. Drives me crazy! And they say women are gossips and can't quick talking!
