Empathy you need some of those gel inserts for your shoes....maybe it will help your feet not hurt so bad when your at work.
Really excited about my new Dr.!!! She acknowledged everything I brought up and said we would work on it a little at a time. She really listened to me! Loooove her! AND I spent yesterday almost totally pain free!!! Awesome!!

Anyone ever heard of "Project Life"? That's what I am going to be doing today...it's an easy form of scrap booking. If you are interested in easy and quick and inexpensive ( where you don't need scissors and 100 other tools) check it out. There are YouTube videos about Project Life. Some people add stuff to their cards, I pretty much just use the cards and nothing else. Cards and pictures...done!

thanks i do feel better and i hope it lasts! it's such a blah day here i hope it doesn't dampen my enthusiasm. i love crafting myself, but in this small space i have to be really organized before i can get going or get my head clear. my manager gave me a shower chair someone left behind, so i have cleaner on that. and so many other things, but i will not overdo it.
my cousin is going back into surgery today. we're all really concerned he's not going to make it through this. i'll update when i can.
empathy, i agree with dixie. dr. scholl's inserts do help. sorry your feet were hurting so badly. you're a trooper.

Boring weekly food shopping this morning. This afternoon laundry and more tidying. All i seem to do is clean and tidy around here, you'd think the place would be spotless.. but no, lol

My head hurts and it is stormy out. Interview at 4 pm, then I'm off to downtown to drop off a book then...dancing to celebrate me regardless of outcomes.
