my poor sister got in in the middle of the night, so i've been walking around like a church mouse since 6. we're going to feed the mini horses and pack up quietly and let her catch up on her sleep.

dixie, i envy that you can do a yard sale. i need to have one so badly, but being in a high rise i have no yard. i hope you have a good turn out. i just love having yard sales and going to them, too.

empathy, i hope you're able to manage work with your sore ankle. please don't push too hard.

The reading went so awesome. Such exciting stuff because this is all so new to me and everyone in the room really liked my script and I was looking to see if they were just BSing me and it didn't appear that they were. The actors were perfect for the part.

Ive had a crappy week what with one thing and another, thats why ive been MIA, but my ankle was much better than i thought it would be these last 2 days. Its ached a bit and its swollen up a bit, but i'm elevating it now :)

Not sure I said I have started PT for my neck. Intense for awhile so the reason I have been off. I had a session Monday which was just evaluation and then chair massage. The evaluation really put the nerves in a state.
The massage set off the occipital migraine. After the massage he did some trigger point pressure and manual traction that helped on the occipital. He told me my muscles in the area he massaged would be sore and they were. I go today but with the backup of one full day of prednisolone in my system. Should relieve some inflammation and help the PT along.

Kim hope you find some goodies for the yard sale. It should be a good weekend for it. Nice and cool. I know you are doing the happy dance to have journal finished. I don't like deadlines.

Angela congrats on your script. Exciting stuff. Good news on a restful sleep. I can be first to say the neck can and does attribute to some migraines, especially around the eye. C3-C4 discs. If you have bone spurs or disc bulging a nerve can be impinged. That nerve in that area is the Occipital nerve. The nerve starts just behind your head at the earlobe and runs up to the eye.

ahhh, empathy, i didn't get it until i saw the photo. it's a giant yard sale or flea market as we say. love them. i need to have one so bad, but i don't have a boot! hope your weekend is much better. you know you can vent all you need here if that would help.

i'm beat beyond belief but in a good way. so glad to be home with penny. have to get back to work on dealing with the nursing home...in good time. really need some R&R.
