wow, dixie, what a day plus all that driving. i think you need a boring weekend for a change. i hope it's relaxing and that you can rest up.

the only way i could confront them was on the phone which i did. i wish my mother would let me handle the whole situation since she has so much to deal with as it is. i'm pretty tired myself. last weekend plus this heat has really taken it out of me. i need to get to two places downtown that aren't open on the weekend, so i think i'll just take a cab. my leg is still swelling so i'm trying to stay off it as much as i can.

Done the weekly shop this morning and after i put it all away (the worst part ! ) I had lunch and then i went about cleaning windows! Theyve been bugging me for a while now, i do like t look out of a clean window : )

We have bank holiday monday this weekend, so nice to have to have hubby home for an extra day. The weather is going to be not nice monday so not sure what i will do.

Dix, sometimes i think you can just get so over tired, the body and mind just shuts down and says ive had enough.
Seren, What is wrong with your leg? Did i miss a post, have you hurt it?

The washing machine has gone quiet so that load must be finished, time to hang the washing out...

last weekend when i was helping my mother sort and pack i did about a month's worth of walking and stair climbing. it started swelling then. trying to keep it up with ice packs on it.

just love laundry dried on the line.

Dixie, so sorry your kids missed the bus! I don't ever remember ever waking up at 3:40. But if that is a normal good day for you, I guess that is good. :-) So sorry you are feeling so sleepy.

I love me a Dollar store. A Dollar General store just opened around the corner and I can't believe that their prices are cheaper than Walmart.

seren, you should confront them. Maybe you shouldn't say anything to Mom, just do it. She really doesn't need to know about it as she has so much on her plate.

And I am doing ok thanks to you. I am still trying to figure it all out. I so hope that you were able to get around even with the leg swelling. :-} And laundry drying on the line....such a great smell.

Long day. Heard from friend" apologizing. I am not ready to accept her disrespect for what I go thro.
Good day knowing she now knows she was so wrong and mean.
I feel bitchy, but want her to think of it for a bit as she ruined my last two weeks. Saying I needed a shrink. I was not having pain.
