Hi dix , its been chilly here too.
So far to date over the last few weeks i have : painted 8 doors twice, skirting twice, the landing ceiling twice and hallway ceiling once. Sunday i'm going to start on the walls and that horrible place up high above the stairs.

I like hydrangeas, i had a couple in my garden but i couldn't get them established, they died off, i think because my garden gets so water logged. I need to find plants that like very moist clay soil! I was thinking i might turn it into one big bog garden with bog plants!

Good morning all,

We are on the windy side. All the better to sprinkle the pollen. It is supposed to rain tomorrow. I tossed and turned all night. Was all over the bed. My mind working overtime about trying to keep my neck in right position.
I was hot. To tired to check a/c or open windows. Don't know that the trigger point injections I had on Wednesday are still working. Frustrated. I didn't sit down at all yesterday until evening with the gathering of yard sale items for the Rescue Org. Maybe overdid it. Today is rest. Husband will deliver rescue and yard sale items. Good news is my closet is clean and organized. Hope they make money to save more dogs.

Empathy do you mix your own paint? My sister used to buy gallons on sale and then mix to make her own color. She is a lot like you loved to paint and change the look. We have rock and clay in our soil and have loads of rich top soil hauled in to make our beds and garden. Otherwise nothing would grow. Our soil naturally grows rock. Mostly shale. It just pops up through the soil.

Kim hope the school earns big $$$ on the fund raiser. Are they doing it for the students to have a class trip?
Hope you get a rest time today. My house is a mess too. I envy you your lilacs. I have no success with them and I love the smell. When I lived in Missouri we had a big bush it was a favorite of mine.

Hippy, so sorry you are suffering with allergies. I always love it when a closet....or anything......is clean and organized. It's such a good deep breath.....Yea!!! It's done.
