Big hugs to you all. I had a great weekend. Went to paintball and I have bruises everywhere!. feeling proud of it. When you have pain issues, a little bruise is nuttin! BAM! Had a great time running around like a child getting my silly on. I have a stupid busy work week so I have to get back to it.

75FIt is really cooler today and this will trick us into believing it will become cooler. Our hot summer will keep on aftert this week. We will not be fooled. Maybe I just felt it last night.Still, it's all going to change now and the weather will shift. Just baby sitting and making things. Made grand baby a tutu and an octopus and finished an afaghan. Think I will start a ponch for grand baby tomorrow.

Now it is just for fun. You are right what is a little bruise when you hurt all the time. Adrenaline masks
the pain so the rush from the game helps I bet. Same with dancing.

Not much here. Got my labs back from doctor visit and my cholesterol is off the charts since my April
visit. April I had perfect numbers, the best ever. In June I mistakenly took my cholesterol med instead of topomax (they are same size and color). This resulted in an overdose of med for a week and really did a number on my muscles. Ever since June I have been unable to take the cholesterol medicine.
My normal dose was 20mg and I got 80mg for a week. Now I am definitely on a diet of no fat. I mention loosing a few pounds but the cholesterol is a real big deal. No fat, it has to be.
If anyone knows of natural supplements to lower cholesterol please let me know. F has been researching, I know I will be eating a lot of grilled or baked salmon. It is crazy because I rarely eat red meat. No more of my the home made pimento cheese spread. My youngest son will get that. No mayo. So many no's. It is that or suffer the debilitating burning in my muscles and joints. I have already been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. So more muscle pain I do not need.
Happy was shopping trip with youngest granddaughter Saturday. She and her sister, I have lots of time to make up getting to know them better.
Their mom and dad kept them to their selves for along time. My other granddaughter is almost like my child. Now the other two are being shared with me and I am enjoying every minute.. Of course I spoiled her. I told her once a year on her birthday she was a princess. We did what she wanted. It nearly killed me but I made it and it was worth it. Her grandfather took her to i-Hop for breakfast and then they picked me up.
Tomorrow is my GI appointment to schedule colonoscopy. This is the year where I am getting all my test out of the way. I have met deductible and co-insurance so no more co-pays. No nothing until maybe December when I am Medicare 1st and my insurance second. Still I would have no co-pays or the coInsurance in December. It has been a hard year with my health.
Cindi I hope you are doing better and they are getting to a conclusion on allergy or gastro problem on your breathing being cut off. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
