i'm recovering from being my mother's caretaker. even though we had a good time, i'm totally drained.

Serenity my therapist is being gentle and will do manual traction only. We are spreading my appointments to two a week. Nothing but light manual traction and chair massage and some gentle pressure point release.
Still my nerves don't like it so I am hoping for better results next weeke.e

carly, i do shut down pretty early, but i always read the previous day before i go on to the next day. just want you to know that you are important. i hope things are going ok.

hippy, i'm glad that your therapist is taking this nice and slow. starting PT is always a bit of a body shock and i hope it gets easier and helps you in the long run.

my hip woke me up in a rude way. i pulled something when we were leaving my sister's and i just keep pulling it. i miss therapeutic massages so much. hippy, i may need a pep talk. i'm afraid to get a hip replacement which is what they recommend. i hate hospitals and surgery and needing to be taken care of.
