Hi all,
I've woken up way before 7 again, this has become an annoying habit.
I've got a little under sink cupboard being delivered after 8, so I will put that together this morning. I did make one, but I was unhappy with it, I tried to fix what I was unhappy with and it didn't work out, so I thought you know that I'm just going to order something.
We have a few days of rain coming up. Some parts of our country have had floods.
Carly, sorry, I obviously read and interpreted what you was saying wrongly, when you said your brother wouldn't look at you whilst talking about the house. What did you mean so I understand you better? Why didn't your Dr look at you whilst talking to you? I would want my Dr to look at me, eye contact with a person shows they are engaged in the conversation with you, it's a sign of trust and engagement. Obviously some people have trouble with eye contact, that comes from lack of confidence and self esteem. I hope this explains what I was thinking as to what you said.
Joanne, dad is ok, I was a bit worried about him having both vaccinations in one day, but he's been fine. Yes I'm going to get crafty with Christmas things and see what I can make.
Serenity Dixie, hope to see you later

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

On Wednesday, we'll see Mom, as we have many things to discuss with her and her health is declining, which is normal considering she will be 97 in a month. We don't want to lose parents, but it's sadly a part of life. So many family dynamics are happening all at once.
If it warms up, I'll work on the deck and get things in a temporary place until we figure out the gazebo. Mario wants to just buy one and not have me make it, which is probably a better idea.
Serenity, Dixie and Carly hope to see you.
PEACE
Got my first Youtube video posted just now and it's pitiful LOL but its my first and a learning process. I stuttered a lot and messed up but I was nervous and everyone says its normal and will get better. I'm sure it will the longer I'm in front of the camera the easier it will become.
I finally got my room partially cleaned back up after destroying it for the yardsale. That's been driving me crazy! Now I just need to do some organizing.
Nana, I feel for you. My mother in law has a degenerative eye condition where she is losing all her eyesight. She can no longer drive and it's hard on her to depend on others. She's 95 and going down here a lot lately. I'm dreading it too. I hope your visit with your mom goes well. HUGS
Empathy maybe black out curtains would work, do you have any? I'm up no matter what at 6:30 because my grandson inherited my internal alarm clock and his is set at 6:30 every single morning!
I'm off to have a rest before I have to go in to work at 4:00
Hope you all have a good evening.
Sandra, not getting the sleep you want and the way you want it is very annoying. I so understand. If we could only figure it out what a great sleep that would be.
I was so wrong about what I posted and giving the wrong impression. Sorry if I came across rude. But I meant it at the time. lol
It wasn't so much that neither the doc nor Jayson looked at me as they seemed to direct what they had to say to Mike. It was like they thought I didn't or wouldn't get it.
Mike knew what I was talking about.
It is so good to see that your dad is ok.
Joanne, I hope you have a good visit with your mom. I don't even want to think about how difficult that visit will be. Are you going to move her again? What are your plans?
Dixie, that is why I hate doing a yard sale. It seems like the clean up is worse than the getting ready and finding a place for what didn't sell. That would once again mean box it up and take it to Goodwill.
Love and hugs.
