Hello to everyone. Today I am hoping that my neighbor Ollie has found me a bicycle. I have been looking for one, but all of the ones at the store are too expensive for my limited income. He offered to look for me. I saw him riding a ladies back last evening, but he has not yet approached me. I am hoping I can still ride a bike as I am almost 66 yrs. old.
Also today I am fortunate enough to watch Elora for a few hours. She is the apartment complex baby. She is the 2 year old that I talk about. I hope she is not too active today though as my arthritis is kicking up. The humidity is up and we have some cold weather arriving on Wednesday. That is cold for AZ, not for most of you.
I hope everyone has a pain free and happy and safe day.

About once every 3 months I get a burst of energy. Today is the day! So Im just doing a fly-by as Seek says, so I can get errands and do housework.

I had to shut off the upstairs (storage and such) bedroom door so that all of my heat doesn't just go up the high steps and out the roof. Max and Mollie don't like it because they usually have their big wrestling matches up there. I can hardly get up that flight of stairs. Now, they will race full out until they stop themselves short as not to smash into the bedroom door. It's truly hilarious.
Doc appt. tomorrow with chronic pain guy. It is just a standard visit, no new complaints. Is everyone doing some cyber shopping today? Not me. I did it last week. lol

it's actually warming a bit here, but raining all week. i could feel it all night along with a scratchy cough that woke me a few times, i'm just tired and groggy today. not sure what the days holds.

I'm trying to recover from the thanksgiving weekend...,which was exhaustion but well worth it. I had lots of help esp from Maddy and our meal was awesome. Decorations are done and my shopping is almost done!
The bad part was I got in a huge fight with my brother. Now he won't let me see my nieces or let Maddy see her twin cousins. It was a really bad fight :(

Hey Autumn missed you! Darn but you've been busy, I'm still in recovery mode and can't even think of decorations yet ugh. Glad you have sweet Maddy to help :). Hope you and your brother come to terms soon.
I'm still feeling blah and resting. Have some laundry to put away, but other than that who the heck knows.

We have a variety of things planned and I just hope we all survive the weather and ourselves.
Recovery seems to be the mode for a few of us. The funny thing about listening to parts of conversations or typing out loud.
My Granddaughter #2 ( the one with me in the pix ) heard me say " recovery " and run up to me with a ginormous albeit short hug. I looked at her and thought WT? She grabbed my hand, " Nana, whatever you are in recovery for we ( hubby ) will support you, "..........That made me cry. She cried. We all cried. Then I told her it was my body recovering from all the holiday cheer and now I was having either a RA or fibro flare and needed to recover.
It actually was therapeutic to cry. She has my back. Especially with the very bad weather headed my way. Thank goodness hubby brought in the wood as it will be cold.

Good luck with the bike search grammagus. I think 66 is the new 50! You can still ride a bike. Good luck with the 2 yr old. With your arthritis, I'm sure she'll have more fun than you! Enjoy.

toni, it is amazing how long recovery takes these days. take it as easy as you need. the warm front is usually what brings the rain. it doesn't hurt any less. damp is damp my my bones.

i've been dealing with yucky paperwork and stopped by to ask the apt manager to help me get some together from her files possibly this evening. hope to brush my hands of that soon. not sure if anything else will get done.

Autumn, I hope your brother is the kind who gets over anger quickly! So so sorry this happened. My DDs are going through something similar, its complicated. They arent fighting. But its created havoc.

For five hours I was SuperSnail. It felt so good. I could have worn a cape, Toni, and ran on that store, maybe even skipped, whipping things off the shelf into the basket.
Now Im tired,but not too tired to attend GD1 school program.
I havent baked for years, but have an urge to make pies! Put in your order LOL!
