This week USA cancelled a couple of my favorite summer shows.(Common Law and Fairly Legal) It brought up all those feeling from the last time they cancelled some of my favorites.(Alcatraz, Breakout Kings, The Finder,(R.I.P Michael Clarke Duncan) and especially A Gifted Man from last season) got cancelled.(There are so many more throught the years) Anyone who knows me knows I love TV. I will watch anything, with the exception of MTV and most reality shows. So When a show I like gets cancelled it's a bit sad.

I recently heard a great 2007 song the other day, "Falling Slowly" because it popped up in my newsfeed, accompanied by the sad news that the male singer, Glen Hansard, just died in a motorcycle accident. I learned that the song won an award and was featured in an indie movie called Once. I just watched it, and it's really good. They made it in 3 weeks on a $100,000 budget. It's streaming on...
Which actress are you referring to that played Erica's daughter? Erica had two daughters on the show and so many actresses played them over the years (well, many more played Bianca than Kendall but still..a lot of actresses).

No doubt USA has come up with some good shows lately - White Collar & Covert Affairs for instance.
Best new summer show this year was on A&E, of all channels - Longmire!
Both are amazing shows. Certainly got me though when In Plain Sight was cancelled. I just hope Psych goes on forever!
Longmire is so good . I hadn't planned on watching it, but it was always on after The Glades and I just got invested. I can never pass up on a new show. I have to give everything a try. How else will I know if I like it, lol!

I miss The Finder, it was sad that it had to end because Michael died. It had real potential.
Also miss Star Search, anyone remember that show?
Oh, speaking of being old, I loved thirtysomething. Probably because I was 30-something when it was on. (And I'm 55 now, so you can see how long ago that was!)
I remember Star Search ... watched it every week!
Now if the cancel The Big Bang Theory, then there's going to be a revolt, and I'm gonna lead the charge!
