Feeling confused is very normal. Most trans people go through this. It is very easy to get overwhelmed. The most important thing to do when you start questioning your identity is to explore it. Relax it's Ok, you'll be fine.

Confused is normal, i think anyway. Accepting yourself is the first step. It can be hard to accept things like that, even if its clear. Oh yeah, because it can be quite hard to keep a stable mind, i know from experience, stay positive.

Don't let people tell you the "It is just a phase" Bullcrap, people don't typically "act out" on the account that they don't like their physical gender. There for it is not "just a phase" like most uneducated adults and other people say. It is a vary real feeling and a vary serious one, I look at it as both a spiritual issue and physical issue because how I feel about my situation is that my soul was put in the wrong body leading me to feel like this is not my own body. Try to keep fighting and keep living, there is always light at the end of the darkest caves. Don't give up keep fighting.

Body Dysphoria is a real thing, and do not only applies to anorexic and bulimic teens. It means "The incongruity between what the brain expects the body to be versus how the body is actually configured." It is not a phase and you should be the one in control of your own feelings and your gender expression. Confusion is a normal part of the process. You may need to experiment living as the oppossite gender before making any decission as in hormone injections/ blockers or surgery. Also, not every transgender person is or wants to be transexual, which implies real sex change.
