In your situation, I'd consider doing what I did. If you want to go to college, you CAN. Or if you don't plan on going to college, most employers look at GED and high school diploma the same. Trust me.
If you're too uncomfortable with that, I suggest switching schools. That way you'll no longer be triggered by not only that teacher, but the school that she treated you badly in.
I also suggest trying to go to a therapist if you haven't already. Your school anxiety can turn into a lot worse if you don't get some sort of help.
