thats why i was going to start with a facebook page. there are massive sites and blogs out there doing this already. even on facebook. how would one become a nonprofit organization? do you mean like a website or something? thats why i started this group here , there isnt enough support sites out there for people who have been devastated by abuse from a S, P, N. i did the blog thing already and somehow my email was attached to a search engine and my ex found it even though it was not in my name. lets just say that was un believable, of all the info out there he found mine, the bomb went off. even though i would have loved to see his face when he found it and read every word. using my own email was the mistake i made. im learning.

I think every bit of information offered to the public is imperative in exposing these monsters and their darkness. If I can help with any of the suggested ideas, I'm in. A couple years ago, when I was feeling desperate and suicidal, I just happened to do a search online about a couple of my stbx's personality traits. When DS popped up on my computer screen, I was basically thrown a lifeline. I really believe this site, all you amazing and beautiful people, all the information..... was sent to me directly from God. I was praying for help, and suddenly there it was!

So if I can help, let me know! Planting those 'good seeds', spreading our 'light'... are all means of fighting the darkness and evil. I'm getting pumped up just thinking about it! Seriously, my little warrior spirit just went into overdrive, or maybe it's the coffee. I think it's the idea of kicking some evil spirited asses though. Yep.... I want to help Lady Karma!

This is great. I feel the same way. I felt suicidal until I found his place, and I am so grateful for all the advice I have found here from all of you amazing people. I think I so want to start a site but I also want to maybe create an organization that speaks to youth about emotional abuse? I'm not sure where to start. But I would love to know that my kind of pain could manifest itself into a project toward healing others.

you guys are so awesome. the next best thing would be if we all lived in the same place and could meet in person. but we know that wont work we are spread out all over the world for sure.

yes i think DS saved my butt too. i was so depressed and having a nervous breakdown when i found the other site. i know it saved my life i was so alone and had no one to talk to. my dear friend positivagirl who writes datingasociopath.com met here and she saved my life. we still talk and its been 2 years and she is all the way in the UK. far from washington for sure. i hope one day we can meet. this site really and her really helped me not feel like the world was so dark. ive met such amazing people here men and women. sooo sooo great full

I am definitely grateful too. You know what would be cool as well? Maybe somehow arranging a meeting in person. Like years later, after we have all established this virtual connection we could meet in person and discuss how far we have come.

ive thought about that too someday spirit and i are going on vacation in the Caribbean !!! hey why not. we could do a retreat and meet up somewhere that would so cool

I know this kind of goes against the whole privacy/anonymity aspect of everything but, I'm a film student. And i think even for our sake..for the sake of remembering, I would love to document it all.
Or maybe I could find a crafty way of hiding our identities while documenting it.
Can you imagine?
