Been quitting smoking.
Being on the computer is difficult.
It's starting to get a little easier I hope/think.

You can do whatever you set your mind to congrats on quitting.
I've totally cut diet soda out of my life.Juices water tea, and 7up.
I have to take one bad habit at a time. :(.

im proud of you for quitting! its so hard, my doc keeps harrassing me to stop, he dosn't want it to acivate my disease in my lungs since thats the number one way ppl with sarcoid die.

your an insparation and you are missed!
