And friends to be.

I just wanted to let ya'll know that I'm going through a bit of a low.

Lawyers, doctors, work.........which seems to be causing problems at home, have caused me to isolate.

I still read every day, but I am struggling right now. Not to the point of doing anything dumb, just crawling in a hole.

I'm working on snapping out of it.

But then we wouldn't be isolated would we? :-)

David, You are so strong and have been though a lot.
Although, things look bleak, I know it is just a rough spot.

I am sorry that you are struggling. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. Balance is hard to achieve but with your attitude, I know you will do well. Just rest physically, mentally and spiritually. God Bless you, my friend. You are important to us.

David I'm sorry your going through this . I haven't seen you around much except little notes here and there,. ...I kind of figured something was up ........please know that I'm here along with the rest of your DS family. That's what family and friends are for......you said its beginning to cause problems at home . I'm sure your wife is not upset with you in anyway but just concerned because she loves you so much.........remember this room is here for support and we would all love to show you are support if you allow us......huge hugs and prayers

I get it. Been there myself. Just beginning to come out of my shell. Problems at home sent me reeling. I am learning it helps to talk about it, but you do have to give the home front the attention needed. Do what you have to do and know we are here when you are ready or when you need. Sending hugs, love, comfort, and prayers.

David, Thank you for being honest and opening up with us. Please know we do understand as alot of us have been in that hole. This is all the more reason for getting that support and You are one of the most cherished people around here! Know you are a welcome to PM me anytime just to vent, it all has to have an outlet somewhere.

You have been awfully quiet it seems like every since you went back to work as that is understandable as that takes up alot of time and energy. I hope this will pass soon and you will be back as your fun old self. Not old like that LOL

I am sorry that you have to go through this and I hope the light at the end of the tunnel is not far off.

Sorry you are suffering David. You have been such a great support here in this room, there are lots of us here for you. I tend to isolate too when things get bad. Funny how we do the opposite of what is best for us. I hope things work out for you soon, personally and with your family, work etc. Saying a prayer for you, hugs,

David, I am so sorry to know that things are hard for you right now. It has been an uphill struggle since before your surgery. You are an amazing person and an even better friend. I know you and your wife have eachother but, I also know that it is too easy to crawl in that hole too.

Please just know in your heart my friend that you NEVER have to be forgotten while you are in the Hole. Sometimes, we need to be alone in the hole but...at least let your friends offer you a shovel to dig yourself out. You never have to be alone...I am here for you as many of us are.

My support, care, love and peace to you my friend. Day or night...you are always welcome.

I'm sorry you're in that difficult place right now. I guess we all can relate. I tend to isolate too, when things are tough. It's good in a way because it leads to self-reflection and contemplation and eventually, we do get out of the hole. But talking about it to someone who could help is also important, even just one person.

I hope you see your way out with more clarity and understanding and some transformation.
