I had some releases done yesterday too. Does your therapist get on the table with you and push on your leg with his foot to stretch the periformis?
He did this and I think it is going to be helpful. He called it Ti Yoga (sp.)
I am hurting pretty bad today but all in all doing ok.
We are still trying to get our house finished.... little things like pantry shelves and such.
It is cooler today which is good... it is still 85.
I invited everyone on my friends list that wasn't already a member.
I hope to see more of us.
i haven't done official PT in a long while. may need to try it again. i do have this laptop now, so i can sit in my comfy chair and look out at the mountains and sky which is nice, and use my left arm to navigate around, but i end up with stressed muscles on my left side, but better than pain on RSD side?
i'm trying to at least organize my photos if i have to sit here and not depend on DS so much...i want to get up and do more and made a list which i'll get to in a bit, phase by phase.
i wish i could find an inexpensive massage place that i could get to. the school here isn't accessible by bus...
i want to share some positivity, but it truly is scary feeling things are getting worse.
some plants on my balcony have survived which is so nice to see. i'm going to push to cook with ingredients that i have mostly prepared. a big joy for me, but can't post photos from this computer until i figure out how.
sorry sooo long and wishing all relief and a good afternoon!
@Paulina - no he doesn't get on the table with me but he does pretty strenuous stuff. Some times he has to stop because HIS shoulders are sore from pushing, pulling and twisting me. It is a very different type of pt than I'm used to but I'm hopeful that it will help. Hope yours helps you too. Did they tell you to have an epsom salts bath after? It is supposed to help draw out the toxins that are released. I've been doing it but I'm still sore after, maybe it would be worse if I didn't but I don't want to find out.
@serenity - I'm glad you are able to get on here and join in despite your pain. I've been getting off the computer more over the summer and doing other things but this time of year I start spending more time on the laptop. Glad to hear some of your plants survived - have fun cooking. Its good to do something you enjoy.
Big hugs and hope to hear from more of you.

Serenity, I am sorry you feel you are getting worse. we all go through those times, I believe. Glad you could get some food started and your plants are still pretty. Give Penny a hug for me ok? And here is one for you and one for sslisa. ((((((((( penny sslisa serenity)))))
Hello everyone!
Me i have to spend half the day on the phone just trying to arrange rides to get to drs appts and such. Very frustrating!
It is 64 here today and i'm freezing! its been in the 100's most of the summer so this is a big change all of a sudden.
I have a tooth that needs pulled, any volunteers? I'm about ready to do it myself. I am feeling better with today though. I think i released alot of toxins out yesterday, i will spare you the details!
I hope everyone finds relief. Much love and hugs to all.
Thanks sslisa for getting this going again, its great to keep up with everyone :)
Hugs to everyone
Burning hips and trying hard to stop pudental flare from going ant further! I will be pretty darn quiet today.

It's rainy and windy here and we're supposedto have gusts over 50 mph during the night. I love a good rip roaring storm...as long as it doesn't mess with my coffee...or my computer...my coffee...or my tv...did I mention coffee?
I was lucky to have sons to call today. The first call was for Blair to come change lightbulbs that were to high for me to get to. I didn't dare balance on a chair to do it myself. Next, I got Alex to come remove all my ACs and put them away for the season. Love those big boys of mine!
Wishing everyone a peaceful evening and a restful night...
Hugs
Cherry that's alot of wind! Don't get blown away or that coffee!
I want some sons!
Had the trial SCS removed last week, talked with the rep and the Dr. The lead moved down when I was sleeping one night so it didn't work very well after that. The rep tried to change the program with no help. I don't think the Dr will recomend the implant from what he said. He was only able to get 1 lead where it needs to be.. The space in the thoracic area is small and the hardware from the fusion. Will find out more monday when we meet again.
